[System 2000 Specifications] [System 2000 Benefits]
The SYSTEM 2000 represents our best efforts to bring you the most efficient vacuum excavator possible...the performance you need at a price you can afford.
The design team for the SYSTEM 2000 drew upon all that we have learned about vacuum excavation over the past ten years. Many of the features pioneered by Vacmasters and developed and refined in the original VAC-N-DIG and VAC-N-DIG/SYSTEM 3 machines have been further refined and incorporated in the SYSTEM 2000. Features such as our single engine design, self-purging filtration system, laminar flow nozzle and selectable air or water digging are all present in the SYSTEM 2000 and enable operators to perform the most billable work in the least amount of time. The ability of the SYSTEM 2000 to play an important role in lowering costs and increasing productivity is the main reason why we are so excited about the SYSTEM 2000.
The SYSTEM 2000 is installed on a 14' flatbed body mounted on a heavy duty one-ton diesel chassis at our cost without mark-up or, if you prefer, we will install the SYSTEM 2000 on your chassis or on an 8000 lb. GVW trailer.

[Page Up]
- Selectable Air or Water Digging
- Select the digging medium best suited to soil conditions.
- Single Engine Design
- A powerful, reliable John Deere turbo charged diesel engine drives all systems--vacuum, water & air. Only one engine to operate & maintain.
- Self Purging, Cleanable Filters
- Powerful reverse flow air quickly cleans the filter. When additional cleaning is needed simply remove, clean and re-install. Less downtime means more time on the job.
- Hydraulic Powered Dumping
- Quick, easy emptying of large 200 gallon spoils tank.
- Supervisory Control Panel
- Automatic monitoring of all systems with auto-shutdown allows a 2-man crew to operate the system.
- Remote Operation
- For areas of difficult access, operation at distances of up to 200 feet away from the truck are possible.
- Wet or Dry Operation
- No need to worry about having to change filters if wet conditions are encountered.
- Quiet Operation
- High efficiency absorption chamber silencer reduces noise and enables you to be a good neighbor.
- Slurry Vacuum Mode
- Designed to quickly and easily clean up directional boring bentonite mud slurry.
- Top-of-the-Line Components
- Such as our John Deere diesel engine means service is always available nearby if required.
- Low Maintenance Design
- Monitor and maintain oil levels, follow recommended checks and adjustments and every 3-6 months occasionally clean the Gore-Tex filter -- That's it!
